2022 Service Agreement Inquiry

This statement of services is not a contract, bill or an invoice - it is provided to gather insight on services you may be interested in for the upcoming season which also helps us to become more organized as we aim to offer the best service possible.

Spring Clean Up – Service includes first mowing, vacuuming of leaves, debris clean up, and first edging of sidewalks and driveway. Pricing starts at $150.00.

Spring Aeration – Aeration includes pulling 2-3” inch cores over entire property.

Fall Clean Up – Service includes final winterizing cut, blowing and vacuuming of leaves from landscape beds and cutbacks of perennials and tall grasses. Pricing starts at $150.00.

Fall Aeration – Aeration includes pulling 2-3” inch cores over entire property.

Shrub Pruning / Trimming – Service includes pruning and trimming of all shrubbery / hedges to a healthy size every 4 weeks. Packages start at $10.50 per week.

Lawn Fertilizing – Program includes 6 rounds of applications of fertilizer to provide a healthy and lush lawn. Packages start at $10.50 per week.

Power Raking & Overseeding Program - Package start at $155.00
